Contemporary period has evidenced such swift advancements in computer technologies that the era is described as the Digital Age. The most astonishing change that the digital age brought, is the development and advancement of interdependent, interconnected, and globalized network of computer and communication devices. In the twenty-first century, this network of networks has transformed into a global interactive platform for joint activities, and the trading of information and ideas by people globally. In recent years, cyberspace expanded practically exponentially. It offers a stage for innovation and well-being, and provides ways to further advancements. Along with the positives, there are also some negatives of this new technology. With the global scope of a light or unregulated digital infrastructure, there are great risks which affect nation-states, private organizations, and personal rights of an individual. Today, many states almost completely depend on cyberspace in regard to education, health, communications, energy, transport, infrastructure, financial services and military forces movements.
